From being told as a child I may be wheelchair bound as an adult, to competing on the World stage and then tackling Ironman NZ, against all odds.
Who Am I? I am a dreamer that takes action to empower change.
Transferring evidenced based research into practice. My aim is to bridge the gap between science and practical application. Learning firsthand and then paving the way for others to make the change.
In my continuing battle, I have become a strong believer that the challenges we face are what shape our lives. Each challenge presents various lessons and opportunities for growth. I thrive off any chance to step out of my comfort zone and push my limits and grow.
“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”
My Goal: Is to empower others to push their boundaries and open themselves up to opportunities they once thought were unattainable.
Many know me as an owner of a Health & Performance business (Taylored Health & Performance). Not many are aware of my personal struggles and why I established this business, I thought it was about time I shared this journey. As I now push my personal limits in pursuit of validating the Taylored Method.
